Thompson’s Valley West Funeral Chapel Goodyear, Arizona Eugene (Keno) S. Moreno, 85 was born in Superior, AZ on December 23, 1924 and died January 19, 2010 at home in Avondale, AZ surrounded by immediate family. Keno is survived by his loving wife Aurora. He will be remembered fondly by his three children Gloria Martinez, Eugene Jr., and George; three sisters Fidela Levario, Mary Ellen Robles, and Angelita Syverson; eleven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. His was preceded in death by six brothers Rafael, Raul, Armando, Juan, Julian, and Jose. A rosary will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday January 22, followed by a mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. John Vianney Catholic Church. Internment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery. A reception will then follow at the Estrella Vista Reception Hall, 1471 N. Eliseo C. Felix Way to which all are welcome. Funeral arrangements made by Thompson’s Valley West Funeral Chapel.
