Thompson’s Valley West Funeral Chapel Goodyear, Arizona Charles J. Wardick Sr., 67, of Goodyear, AZ, former resident of Maple Shade, NJ, passed away December 9, 2009 in Peoria, AZ. He was born May 7, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA to Charles and Louise Wardick. Charles moved to Arizona on April 23, 2009. He is survived by his sons; Charles J. Wardick III of Goodyear, AZ, Christopher M. Wardick and Jeffrey A. Wardick of Maple Shade, NJ, sisters Jean Ochal of Franklinville, NJ, Josephine Walsh of Swell, NJ, and three grandchildren.
