Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ, Friday, February 27, 1948 FUNERAL OF MRS FOLLIS TO BE SATURDAY WICKENBURG WOMAN'S MOTHER DIED TUESDAY Funeral services will be held at the Wickenburg Chapel Saturday afternoon at 2:30 for Mrs Cora Follis with burial following in the Wickenburg cemetery. Mrs Follis, 65, passed away Tuesday, February 24, at Community hospital following a months illness. Born in Indian Territory, now Oklahoma, in 1883, Mrs Follis had lived in Arizona for 24 years and in Wickenburg for the past 9 years. Her husband, John P. Follis, preceded her in death 8 yearss ago. Mrs Follis is survived by 4 daughters, Mrs Charles A. Davis, Wickenburg; Mrs J. C. Cox, Glendale; Mrs Elise Marquis, Truckee, Calif., and Mrs Jessie Lunsford, Okemah, Okla. Four sisters and two brothers also survive, Mrs Ona Guess, Lordsburg, N. M., Mrs May Atteberry, Texas; Mrs Willie Pickens and Mrs Dora Wooten of Oklahoma. The brothers are Ora Barrett, Buckeye, Ariz., and Laurence Barrett, Hayward, Calif. Eighteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.
