GRABER, Wil


Wil Graber, died June 23, 2003. He was born in New York City and was a resident of Arizona for over 30 years. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Army Air Corps and was a member of the Disabled American Veterans. Wil received his Associate of Arts degree and was past President of the Phoenix College Student Body. He was also a literacy volunteer. His poetry received national recognition and awards, including Who's Who of American Poets. Wil is survived by his wife Jeanne; daughters Rorie Measure and Jodi Pratt; sister Marilyn Blinn; brother Max Graber; grandchildren Alexander and Erik; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the National Memorial Cemetery, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road in Phoenix AZ. Contributions in his memory are requested in lieu of flowers to Disabled American Veterans, 38 West Dunlap Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85021 or a charity of choice.
