Anita C. Mulvey, 71, of Surprise AZ, passed away December 13, 2002. She was born August 7, 1931 in Astoria, N.Y. She was a Hair Stylist for 35 years. Survivors include her husband William, Jr., step-daughter Christine (John) Jones; step-sons William III, Donald, John (Pam) Mulvey; sisters, Mary Schroder & Delores Simunek; brother, Anthony J.
