Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona October 26, 1962 Funeral services for JOHN B. WANDS, Circle city postmaster and restaurant operator, were held Sunday afternoon for John B. Wands, in the Wickenburg Chapel with the Rev. James Wilson, Presbyterian minister, officiating. Burial was in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mr. Wands, brother of Harry Wands of Wickenburg, died in Community Hospital Thursday afternoon of last week. Born in Maryland, August 26, 1908. Mr. Wands first came to Arizona in 1946. He had been at Circle City since December 4. Surviving are the widow, Elizabeth; the Wickenburg brother; one son, Robert S. Wands of Lakewood, Calif.; and two sisters, Mrs. Betsy Simon of Lakewood and Mrs. June Anderson of Scottsdale.
