Mary Ellen Bell, 69, of Ash Fork, died Thursday, Feb. 18, 2010, in Johnson, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Mrs. Bell was born Aug. 4, 1940, in Johnson.

She is survived by daughters Rosemary Orndoff of Willows, Calif., Dorothy McKaney of Flagstaff, Donna Neal (Eric) of Maricopa and Suzanne Lopez of Modesto, Calif.; sons Charles Shank of Modesto and William Randle of Jamestown, Calif.; brother John Page of Modesto; 19 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Bell.

Services were Friday at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Modesto. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
