Raymond C. Perkins, 90, of Prescott, Ariz., born April 1, 1919, in Buffalo, N.Y., passed away Feb. 26, 2010, in Prescott. A private cremation will be at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
