She is survived by her children; Christine Grabo, Shawn Freeman, her grand-daughter, Megan Grabo, her parents and siblings; Judy Smith, Bill Bowden, twin sister Jeanne Schweers, Richard Bowden and Mary Ann Burm. Joyce will be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, mom, grandma, aunt and friend. She will always be Megan's "Grandma Joyce". She was always willing to help and be of service to those around her.
