GOSHERT, Mary M.

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Saturday, April 26, 2003 Mary M. (Ernst) Goshert, 57, of Phoenix, left this earth to join her mother and father in heaven on April 23, 2003. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister and aunt. A native Phoenician, Mary met her husband William Goshert, while earning a BA Degree in Education from Arizona State University. She became a full time mother to her three daughters, spending so much time at their Grade School, St. Simon and Jude, that she later became a teacher's aide. Even though this became physically challenging due to her later stages of a neurological condition cause by Ataxia, she continued the work that she loved. Mary will be grieved by her husband William of 32 years, and her daughters Katherine of Scottsdale, Anne of Manhattan Beach, CA, and Victoria of Phoenix, brothers George M. Ernst Jr. and Frank J. Ernst of Phoenix, in-laws Mary H. (Spunky) Ernst, Dick and Katie Goshert of Warsaw, IN, Jack and Mary Goshert of Glendale, Jim and Ann Goshert of South Bend, IN, nieces and nephews. Visitation Services will be held on Sunday, April 27 at 3p.m. with a 4:00 Rosary at A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuaries, 710 W. Bethany Home Road. Funeral mass will be held on Monday, April 28th at 3p.m. at St. Simon and Jude Cathedral, 6351 North 27th Avenue.
