WILLIAMS, James Clifton

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Saturday, April 26, 2003 James Clifton Williams, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on April 22, 2003. James was born in Harrisburg, Illinois December 27, 1932. Raised in Birmingham, Michigan, he came to Phoenix in 1951 with the U. S. Air Force at the opening of Luke Air Force Base. He retired in 2000 after working in the Auto Transport Industry since 1964. A wonderful husband and beloved father, he will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Gloria; daughters, Victoria, Rebecca and Lisa; grandchidren, Sean, Michael, Sydney and William; brother, Charles F. Williams & niece, Marianne. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 27, 2003, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7p.m. at Hansen Mortuary, 8314 N. 7th St. Phoenix.
