Joseph P. McClain
Many were left saddened on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010, when Joe McClain left his worldly pain to join his maker in heaven.
He was born Nov. 4, 1964, in Cleveland and raised in California. He moved to Kingman four years ago to open a motorcycle shop.
He was preceded in death by his father and his oldest son, Joseph McClain Jr. He leaves behind his significant other, Joyce Onnen; his three sons he loved and worshiped, Dyllan and twins Logan and Luke; his mother and brother of California; and many friends who touched his life in so many ways.
Joe was known for his kind and generous heart. He was a giver, not a taker, had a crazy sense of humor and had a passion for working on motorcycles. He was very ingenious and creative with his hands; he could fabricate anything.
He was happiest when he was riding his Harley. He enjoyed spending time in the Hualapais, watching movies, being with Joyce and his boys and visiting with his many friends.
We ask that anyone touched by Joe join us in sharing the love and memories, and give him that one last ride he so loved and deserved. We will be meeting at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 13, at Kingman Motor Sports at their new location, 2600 Northern Ave.
With the wind in his hair, where eagles dare, you will be missed, cried over, yearned for and never forgotten.
We all have a hole in our hearts that we can only fill with memories, and be grateful to have known him.
We love you, Joe.
