PFAUTZ, Curtis Dean


Curtis Dean Pfautz, Curt joined his Heavenly Father on Sunday May 4, 2003 after passing away suddenly at home. He was born October 16, 1948 in Akron, Ohio. He and his family moved to Arizona in 1980. Curt worked actively in the bicycle community. He enjoyed his management position and all his co-workers at Tempe Bicycle. He also had a passion for the golf course and enjoyed this activity in spare time. Curt was part of the Hope Convenant Church family. Curt is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Karen, three children, Kimberly (David) Ward, Robert Pfautz and Amanda Pfautz; 2 sisters, Lorena (Bob) Zelones and Connie (Rick) Erlick; and 5 grandchildren, Ashlee, Max, Dylan, Jake and Macy; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Curt was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend that will be missed by many. Friends and family are invited for a celebration of Curt's life at Hope Convenant Church at 1770 S. Dobson Road, Chandler (480-899-7255) on Wednesday, May 7, 2003 at 6:00 pm; followed by a gathering at the Pfautz home. Flowers or donations may be sent to Hope Covenant Church.
