Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, Arizona Wednesday, Mar 3rd, 2010 Daniel K. Jones Sr., 52, of San Carlos, Ariz., passed away on Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010 at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Ariz. He was born on May 25, 1957 in San Carlos, the son of Louis and Frances Jones. He was a lifetime Arizona resident and was a custodian for the Rice School District. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Ann Jones, of San Carlos, Ariz.; son, Daniel K. Jones Jr., of Tempe, Ariz.; daughter, Lillian F. Jones, of Tempe, Ariz.; brothers, Jasper K. Jones (Theresa), of Peridot, Ariz., and Lloyd K. Jones Sr., of San Carlos, Ariz.; sisters, Marianna Goseyun, of Peridot, Ariz., and Evalena Etsitty, of Tempe, Ariz.; and granddaughter, Kaiden L. Jones. A wake was held at 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 26, 2010 at the Jones residence in Chinatown. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010 at Rice School Gym in San Carlos, Ariz. Interment at Northgate Cemetery in Peridot, Ariz. Lamont Mortuary of Globe assisted the family.
