Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, Arizona Wednesday, March 3, 2010 Jacqueline Polk, 72, of San Carlos, Ariz., passed away on Feb. 22, 2010 at Copper Mountain Inn Nursing Home. She was born on May 9, 1937 in San Carlos, Ariz., the daughter of Edgar and Fannie Polk. Jacqueline was a homemaker who loved to sew and cook. She had a good sense of humor and was always smiling. She loved to sing and joke around. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Andre "Annie" Chatlin. Jacqueline is survived by her sisters, Janice Polk, Claudette Dan and Regina Bead; and her brother, Stephen Polk, all of San Carlos. A wake will be held at 7 a.m. on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at San Carlos Miracle Church. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at San Carlos Miracle Church. Interment will be at Northgate Cemetery in San Carlos, Ariz. Lamont Mortuary of Globe is assisting the family.
