Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona June 18, 1970 Friends here have learned of the death May 31, in Seattle, Wash., of Mrs. Hallgjerd C. Brosten, a resident of Wickenburg for the past 20 years, and well known to so many of our older residents. During most of those 20 yeas Mrs. Brosten spent her summers with her children in Seattle and Montana. She was 81 years of age and was born in Nesna, Norway, coming to the United States in 1928. Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. June 5 in the Eidswold Lutheran Church at Somers, Montana, with burial in the Bethany Cemetery at Bigfork, Montana. She is survived by five sons, two daughters, a sister, 21 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, all living in Montana and Washington.
