Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona November 26, 1970 Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Wickenburg Funeral Home for James Manly Payne, a resident of Wickenburg the past eight years, who died November 22 in a Rest Home in Phoenix. Officiating will be Dale Jenks and Gay Turner of Phoenix and burial will be in the Wickenburg Cemetery. He was born January 9, 1886 in Nebraska and was a resident of Arizona 11 years. A retired rancher, he was active in the World War I Veterans. He is survived by his wife Mildred; a son Orrin M. Payne of North Hollywood, Calif., and two sisters and a brother out of state.
