The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 06/20/2003 David Wayne Moore, 47, of Eagar died at the White Mountain Regional Medical Center June 13, 2003. He was born to Eugene E. and Carrol Moore Sept. 28, 1955 in Roswell, New Mexico. Wayne served in the US Army in Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Teresa; son, Alex Moore; step-sons, Jason Newingham of Germany, Jonathan Newingham of Queen Creek, Charles Newingham, Steven and Trenten DeShazor of Eagar; daughters, Jessica and Deidre Moore of Eagar; his parents, Eugene and Carrol Moore of Eagar; sisters, Landora Sanchez of Cashion and Pandora (Joe) Guzman of Cashion, and Patricia (Doug) Anthes of New River; brother, Eugene E. Moore, Jr. of Cashion; one granddaughter, Savhanna DeShazor. Memorial services are pending. Arrangements are under the direction of Jewkes Mortuary of Springerville.
