PATTESON, Waltraud M.A.

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 06/23/2003 Waltraud M.A. Patterson was born in Konigsivalde, Germany in December of 1928 to Adolfe O. and Martha A. Noack. She grew up there and worked during the war on the railroad. While in Germany she met and married Ira W. Patterson II. They came to the USA in 1958 where they started their family. They were able to return to Germany on several tours of duty and had two more children. They had been married for 46 years. Waltraud lived in the Holbrook area since 1992 then in Show Low in 2002. Waltraud is survived by her husband, Ira W. Patterson of Show Low; two daughters, Linda K. Patterson of Holbrook and Caril L. Mortensen of Show Low; one son, Ira W. Patterson III of Show Low; her sister, Gudrun Dahms of Germany; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Owens Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
