Keith Dame - The sorrowing family of Keith Dame gathered at the Wickenburg Funeral Home at 8 o’clock Wednesday evening for a family service for the 22–year-old son of Mr. & Mrs. Harold Dame of near Morristown.
Final rites will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Redeemer Lutheran Church with the pastor, the Rev. John Pope, officiating. Burial will be in the Wickenburg Cemetery.
The youth died Sunday afternoon, July 25 in Community Hospital here where he had been taken early Saturday morning after the illness from which he had been suffering the previous two weeks, took a turn for the worse.
Keith, at the time he became ill, was taking machinist training at the Sperry-Rand plant in Phoenix.
He was born November 20, 1948 in Mobridge, S.D., and went to school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he graduated from the Boys’ Technical School. He moved to Phoenix in 1967 and to the Morristown area in 1968.
Surviving, besides the parents are three brothers, Michael, in the U.S. Navy and stationed in San Diego; David and Harry, at home, and two sisters, Patricia and Pamela, also at home. A grandmother and grandfather also survive.
