LUCERO, Inez

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 12/12/2003 Inez Lucero, 78, died Nov. 30, 2003 in Flagstaff. Inez was born Sept. 8, 1925 in Quemado, N.M. She lived most of her life in St. Johns. She was well known for her tamales, tortillas, enchiladas and burritos. She is survived by her sister, Viola Trujillo, Phoenix; sons, Luis, Daniel, Kenneth, Frank, Steve, Raymond and Jesse Lucero; daughters, Grace Lucero, Dorothy Colunga and Cindy Castillo; 38 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren. Preceding her in death; her husband; Bonifacio, son; Edward, daughter; Margaret and grandson: Michael. Memorial services for Inez will be announced at a later date. Jewkes Mortuary, St. Johns was in charge of arrangements.
