PARKER, Willie Robert

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 12/26/2003 Willie Robert Parker, 90, died in Heber Dec. 19, 2003. Bill was born in Phoenix and he grew up in Prescott. He served his country in the Pacific Theatre in the U.S. Marine Corps during WWII. After the war he returned to Arizona., Bill moved to Heber where he worked in the logging industry until he retired. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and hunting in his earlier years. Bill is survived by one sister, Annie Evans of Mesa and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Jackie. Owens Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
