Karl M. Paddock - Services for Karl M. Paddock, age 63, who died at his home here, were held in Norton, Mass.   A native of that state, he had lived in Arizona five years.  He was a World War II veteran and former radio operator on ships in the U.S. Merchant Marine.  He is survived by a brother, Frank B. of Phoenix.
