Holdridge, who died January 21 in Yavapai County Hospital, Prescott, at the age of 74, managed the local office of Arizona Public Service for two years from 1946 to 1948. He left here to return to the company offices in Phoenix and alter was transferred to Prescott where he was employed at the time of his retirement. A native of Buffalo N.Y., he had lived in Arizona since 1918. Funeral services were held Monday morning of this week at the Ruffner Funeral Home in Prescott and burial was in the Mountain View Cemetery. He is survived by one son, George of Phoenix; two daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Henderlette of Phoenix and Mrs. Alice M. Clare of Universal City, Tex.; one brother out of state and eight grandchildren.
