WRIGHT, Cora O.

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg Arizona January 28, 1971 Mrs. Cora O. Wright, who helped Delbert Kirby organize the Senior Citizens’ Club when he was head of the town’s Recreation Department back in 1964 and who was one of the first officers of that organization, died January 20 in Community Hospital following a brief illness. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. January 23 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Frank Randal officiating and burial followed in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mrs. Wright was born May 27, 1895 in Chicago and later lived in Washington State before moving to Wickenburg nine years ago. She is survived by her husband, Joshua H. Wright and two nephews living in California
