Janice Korte, 80, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born in Minnesota, passed away May 29, 2008, after a long bout with lung cancer. 

Private memorial services will take place in Phoenix. 

Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary assisted with the arrangements.
