Robert Livengood dies in Arkansas - Friends here have received word of the death of Robert Livengood, a former Town Manager here, which occurred May 29 in Wynne, Arkansas.  He had been making his home in West Memphis in that state since retiring several years ago as City Manager of Corona, Calif. 

He went from Wickenburg to that city.  Funeral services were to be held in West Memphis Wednesday.  Survivors include his wife Viola.
