Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona September 23, 1971, page 15 Mrs. Phyllis Mitchell – Friends here have learned of the death of Mrs. Phyllis Mitchell, a former resident and school teacher here, which occurred September 12 in an Anaheim, Calif., hospital. She was 53 years of age. Funeral services were held in September 15 in Anaheim. Mrs. Mitchell taught First Grade in the Wickenburg Elementary School for several years in the 1940’. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Victor. K. Housmansinger, Mission Viejo, California and two sons. Norman R. Hysong and Edward L Mitchell, both of Westminister, Calif., also two grandchildren.
