The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, April 29, 2003 Faye Owens Doyle, 85, was born in Lakeside, AZ, January 5, 1918, to wonderful and loving parents, Franklin Horace Owens and Lucy Lenora Eagar. She passed away peacefully April 26, 2003 joining her beloved husband Greg Doyle, daughter Janet and son Greg Jr. She is survived by daughters Kerry Driggs (Ken), Vicki Mecham (Del), Debbie Ginos (Bill), Cindy Ginos (Bob) and daughter-in-law Sharon Holladay-Watkins (Paul). Faye had 24 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind two sisters, Thelma Owens Pattee and Cora Owens Allen. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day-Saints and served in many positions of leadership through the years. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother, with a warm and generous heart. Her family was always her first priority and she left them a legacy of faith, set an example of unconditional love and unselfish service. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends, but left us memories that will last forever. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 29, 2003 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Bunker's Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa, AZ., Also, one hour prior to the service at the church. Services will be held Wednesday, April 30, 2003 at 10:00 A.M., The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Lindsay Building, 2618 N. Lindsay Rd., Mesa, AZ. Courtesy of Pat Wilson.
