Tom "Woody" Woodard, born July 7, 1950, passed away on April 24, 2003. 

Woody left behind his wife Peggy and 2 kids, daughter Lorrie, son-in-law John and 2 grandsons, not to mention all of his friends. We all loved him and will miss him more than we can say. Rest well Woody, we'll see you again. We love you. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2003 from 6-8p.m. 

Funeral services will be on Friday, May 2, 2003 at 11:00a.m. Hansen's Chapel, 8314 N. 7th Street, Phoenix.
