She was born in Huntsville, Alabama and attended school there. She lived in Snowflake for 30 years with Ben. She was a homemaker and loved to read, crochet and crafts. She is survived by her sons, Johnny Thomas Tyree of Miramar San Diego, California; Jesse Led Davis of Fayetteville, North Carolina; daughter, Debra Lynn Baker of Flagstaff; and step-daughter, Robin Medlin of Kimaman; one granddaughter Lindi Criswell of Norman, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband Ben F. Tyree. Fletcher's Mortuary in Show Low handled arrangements.
