GONZALES, Ruth Marie

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 08/25/2003 Ruth Marie Gonzales, 75, died Aug. 21, 2003 in Show Low. She was born in Chicago, Illinois, and graduated from Augustanna Nursing College in Chicago. Rosa was an Army wife, married to Edgar Gonzales; they have lived in Holbrook since 1947. She loved taking care of her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Edgar C. Gonzales; four sons Ed Gonzales, Jr. of Texas, Kirt Gonzales of Phoenix, Bruce Gonzales of Glendale, Justin Gonzales of Holbrook; three daughters, Judy Millard of Phoenix, Ingrid Rojas of Phoenix, and Cindy Mendez of Glendale; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services were held Saturday, Aug. 23 at the Holbrook Cemetery. Owens Mortuary of Holbrook handled the arrangements.
