VENTURA, Juan Antonio


The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 08/28/2003 Juan Antonio Ventura, 26, died Aug. 22, 2003 in Show Low. Juan was born and raised in Mexico City. When he was 16 years old he came to Arizona and has lived in Lakeside since then. He worked at McDonalds in Pinetop and Show Low for over three years; it was at work that he met his sweetheart Maria. They were married in February 1997; he later went to work at E-Z Storage in Lakeside and was a supervisor there at the time of his death. Juan and Maria attended The Living Church in Lakeside. He worked hard to take care of his family. His father has always been his best friend and they enjoyed working together and doing things with and for the family. Juan is survived by his wife Maria Ventura of Lakeside; his parents Antonio and Yolanda Ventura of Lakeside; one brother, Jose Angel of Phoenix; three sisters Elsa Carmone of Mexico City, Yesenia Ventura of Lakeside, Blanca Ventura of Lakeside; along with many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, Aug. 29 at 10 a.m. at Owens Mortuary in Show Low.
