BOBBINS, Edward M.

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg Arizona January 13, 1972 Edward M. Bobbins, age 92, died December 31, 1971 at his farm in North Platte, Nebraska. Mr. Robbins was the father of Mrs. Asa (Orpha) Webb, with whom he spent eight years here in Wickenburg. His many friends here will remember him for his fine organic gardens. Mr. Robbins was born in Nevada, Missouri, and moved to North Platte in a covered wagon at the age of 4. He owned an extensive farm near North Platte which he worked for many years. He retired to live with his daughter in Wickenburg, but became homesick for the farm and went back there last year. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church in North Platte and the last one of nine children in his family. He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Webb of Wickenburg, Zoda Moulton of California; Ila Draper of Denver and Gladys Wisner of North Platte.
