Alma L. Dunkin – Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday of this week at the Wickenburg Funeral Home for Mrs. Alma Louise Dunkin, wife of Curtis Dunkin and a resident of Wickenburg the past two and one-half years who died January 31 in the Boswell Memorial Hospital in Sun City.
The Rev. Bert Follmer of the Calvary Baptist Church officiated. Burial was in the Wickenburg Cemetery.
Born in Illinois, Mrs. Dunkin and her husband came to Arizona three and on-half years ago, locating first in Apache Junction and later in Wickenburg where they built and began operating Dunkin’s Indian Den & Museum on Whipple Street. Within the past two years they had built and occupied a new home in Country Club Acres.
Mrs. Dunkin was born November 28, 1906.
In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons, Fred T. Dunkin, Wickenburg, and Thomas H. Dunkin of Seattle, Wash.
