Wickenburg (AZ) Sun Friday, January 26, 1940 Justice of the Peace William Miller of Congress Junction, a long-time resident of that area, was found dead in his home Sunday. Octave miner Frank Gillick, who visited Miller's home on business, discovered the death and informed authorities. The justice had seemingly died in his sleep during the night. Miller had resided in and near Congress for many years. He had become justice of the peace following the death last November of the late Charles Carter, former Congress justice.
