BRAZDA, David John

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 09/08/2003 David John Brazda, 71, died Sept. 3, 2003 at Bannon Springs Ranch in Vernon. He was born in Chicago, Illinois. Dave was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Army. After the war, he married Nora Lueder. He worked as a cook in the restaurant business most of his life. Dave moved to California, where he lived for twenty years. He retired to Show Low where he enjoyed fishing, which was his life's passion. He also was an accomplished model airplane builder. Mr. Brazda is survived by one son, Mark (Kathy) of Show Low; one daughter, Laura (Ed) Payne of Post, Texas; one grandson, Jake Payne; and two granddaughters, Rachel Payne and Katie Brazda. Arrangements were handled by Owens Mortuary of Show Low.
