Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona June 22, 1972 Emil Peterson – funeral services were held June 20 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home for Emil P. Peterson of Congress, age 77, who died June 18 in Community Hospital here after a long illness. The Rev. Wallace Schmidt officiated. Mr. Peterson was born in Seattle, Wash., were he was a carpenter for many years and active in the Carpenter’s local. He was a veteran of World War I. He had lived in Congress the past four years, after a 2-year residence in Wickenburg. He is survived by his wife Lois.
