Samuel D. Ellis of Wickenburg died December 8 at the VA Hospital in Tucson.

Mr. Ellis was born February 22, 1898 in Wisconsin and moved to Arizona in 1965.

Mr. Ellis was a WWI veteran.

Services were held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Wickenburg Funeral Home, conducted by the American Legion.
