The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 09/26/2003 Miriam Kessay, 41, died Sept. 20, 2003 in Whiteriver. She was born Jan. 8, 1962 in McNary, was a homemaker and lived in Whiteriver. She is survived by her mother, Luna T. Kessay; sisters, Ataloha "Rose" Waters, Luana Smith, Vera Kessay, Delphine Nozie; brothers, Henry Kessay, Jr., Kenneth Kessay and Preston Kessay; and many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunties and friends. Miriam was preceded in death by her father Henry Kessay, Sr.; one triplet-sister, Mary Kessay; and two nephews Jeremiah and Joshua Kessay. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 27 at 1 p.m. at the North Fork Miracle Church with Pastor Preston Kessay officiating. Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled arrangements.
