TUCSON. Mar. 10—(AP)—Julian C. McLaughlin, 66 years old, retired from the Tucson police force as sergeant in 1940 after having served 15 years on the force, died here tonight. Funeral services will be held in the Masonic Temple at 4 p. m. Wednesday.
