PONTET, Rose S.

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 10/03/2003 Rose S. Pontet, 89, died in St. Johns, Sept. 28, 2003. She was born in Big Sandy, Montana, Sept. 18, 1914 and lived in Arizona for the past 35 years. She is survived by her husband, Robert W. Pontet of St. Johns; and her step-son, Bing Pontet, Butte, Montaana. Other loved ones include; the David Palmer family of St. Johns, who have loved and cared for her during her last months on earth. In lieu of a formal service for Rose, Robert would like to extend an invitation to all her friends to meet at the Pontet home in St. Johns Saturday, Oct. 4, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Jewkes Mortuary, St. Johns, handled the arrangements.
