The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 10/17/2003 Mary M. Scott, 71, died Oct. 7, 2003. She was born Aug. 22, 1932 in Indiana and lived in Show Low. She was a kind loving mother, and wife and was known as the neighborhood "mom". She always thought of others. She always wanted to solve others problems, touched so many lives, and was a great cook. She is survived by her husband, Jackie Scott; daughters, Leslie Mulford, Brenda Kidd, Sherri Davis and Edith Angle; son, Kilby Scott; brother, William Wilburn and 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 10 at Fletcher's Mortuary in Show Low. Contributions can be made to the Breast Cancer Foundation, American Heart Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Fletcher's Mortuary.
