(PRESCOTT) Amos C.Grindling, 73 years old, of Goodwin,died Saturday in 
a local hospital after a short illness.A native of Livingston, Mich.,
Grindling is survived only by a niece. Edith Grindling of Los
Angeles. Funeral arrangements are awaiting instructions from her.
