Arizona Independent Republic March 20, 1941 Page 12 (Tucson) Mar 19: Mrs. Rosalie R. Cowan, widow of Judge L.O. Cowan, died today at her home. She was born in Sacramento, Calif., and came to Arizona in 1885, residing in Globe and Kingman before coming to Tucson in 1900. Two daughters, Mrs. Harry A. Drachman of Tucson and Mrs. Edith M. Tompkins of Princeton, Calif., six grandchildren and six great grand children survive.
