PERKINS, Lloyd Earl

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 10/31/2003 Lloyd Earl Perkins, 66, died Oct. 25, 2003 in Show Low. He was born in Oklahoma. At an early age he moved to Arizona. Lloyd met his wife Nancy and they had two children. They lived in Phoenix until 1977 and then moved to the White Mountains. Lloyd was employed in the construction industry all his life. He loved hunting, fishing, and especially cutting wood. He was a very loving person and loved being around his children and grandchildren. Lloyd is survived by his son, Lloyd (Nancy) Jr. of Show Low; one daughter, Lillie (Justin) of Globe; two sisters Doris Sutton of Lakeside and Mary (Vernon) Totherow of Lakeside; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife Nancy Perkins and one brother Floyd. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 1 at the Blue Ridge Christian Center. A visitation will be held Friday, Oct. 31 from 6-8 p.m. at Owens Mortuary in Show Low.
