Long, Charles O., of 710 South Central Avenue, passed away at a local hospital yesterday morning.  Mr. Long is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, two daughters and one son; mother, Mrs. J.B. Long; two brothers, John W. and James B. Long; and sister Mrs. Frances Wedge.

Funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock Friday morning at St. Mary's Church.  Burial in St. Francis Cemetery.  J.T. Whitney in charge of arrangements.
