Billy Rhodell Howell, 42, loving father, died Nov. 8, 2003 in Winslow. 

He lived in Winslow for the past six months and was a construction superintendent.
  
Billy is survived by his mother; four brothers; grandfather and grandmother; two daughters; and one son.

Memorial services were held for family and friends Wednesday, Nov. 12 in Snowflake.
      
Fletcher's Mortuary of Snowflake handled arrangements.
