The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, March 11, 2010 Daniel Jacob Tomlin, 66, of Chino Valley, Ariz., born June 28, 1943, passed away March 9, 2010, at the VA Hospital in Prescott, Ariz. Services will be 1 p.m. Sunday, March 21, 2010, at the VA Chapel in Prescott. Chino Valley Funeral Home is caring for the family ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Daniel Jacob "Dan" Tomlin, 66 Died: Tuesday, March 09, 2010, in Prescott VA Dan was born in Hanford, California to Walter and Paula(Vierra) Tomlin. He passed away on March 9th at the VA hospital in Prescott, Az. Daniel served his country from 1960 to 1964 in the US Navy. In his younger years he was an avid motorcyle rider and was lovingly called "Biker Dan". he also enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with his friends, and also his dog "Comet". In 1999 he moved to Arizona, and resided on Jackie Way and Lois, where everyone received a big wave as they traveled by. Dan is survived by his two brothers; Jon Tomlin of Chino Valley and Steve Tomlin of Englewood, Colorado. He also leaves behind many cousins on the central coast of California Dan will be missed by all who knew him especially his "Comet".
