The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 01/02/2004 Kathleen Wilkins Lee, 77, St. Johns, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2003 in Murietta, Calif. after an extended illness. Kathleen was born Dec. 25, 1925 in Eagar. A former resident of Eagar, and more recently of St. Johns, Kathleen was a beloved mother, devoted wife and special friend to all who knew her. She is survived by her husband Arthur Nelson Lee; sons Merwin Nelson Lee and Dennis Randell Lee; daughter Donna Kathryn Cherry; brother Hern Wilkins; and 17 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son Dwight Arthur Lee; parents Lloyd and Geneva Wilkins; brothers Merwin, Theron and Paul Wilkins; and great granddaughter, Amanda Lee. Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 27 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Eagar Stake Center, in Eagar. Arrangements were under the direction of Jewkes Mortuaries, Springerville, St. Johns
